In this fulfilling role, you will be the heart of our parent education and family support programs. Your responsibilities will include coordinating services that directly impact families, helping them navigate the enrollment process, and offering ongoing support as they participate in our life-changing programs.
You'll be the go-to person for families, ensuring that all the necessary information is collected and eligibility requirements are met. You will also manage waitlists, actively seek donations to support our cause, and develop personalized plans with families to help them thrive. Plus, you'll organize fun and impactful educational meetings and events for parents, while acting as the community liaison for the agency.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate and implement family support programs that make a real difference in families’ lives.
Guide families through the enrollment process and ensure all necessary information is collected.
Help families meet eligibility requirements and manage waiting lists.
Lead efforts to secure donations that directly benefit families and children.
Develop customized Family Partnership Agreements with parents.
Compile data and prepare reports to showcase our program’s success.
Host and participate in engaging parent education meetings and events.
Serve as a community ambassador, building strong relationships and partnerships.
What We’re Looking For:
Bilingual in Spanish and English – your ability to communicate across cultures is key.
A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field.
Passion for supporting families and a deep desire to create meaningful change in your community.
What We Offer:
Competitive Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.
